Job responsibilities:
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to improve hiring strategies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to optimize sourcing strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Conduct market research to benchmark recruitment practices and identify competitive hiring trends.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in recruitment systems and databases.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience.
- Support workforce planning by analyzing historical data and forecasting future hiring needs.
- Assist in the implementation of recruitment technologies and tools to streamline operations.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in recruitment or HR analytics.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with SQL or other database management tools.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
