Job responsibilities: - Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. - Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications. - Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events. - Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability. - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. - Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system. - Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress. - Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during the recruitment process. - Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners. Job requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. - Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Singapore.
