About the Role We are seeking a Sales Engineer to engage with industrial clients, understand their operational challenges, and identify solution opportunities. This is a client-facing, field-based position that combines engineering expertise with business development responsibilities. Key Responsibilities - Identify and connect with clients in industrial sectors - Conduct meetings to understand client operations and challenges - Propose suitable solution concepts tailored to client needs - Qualify opportunities and support business development activities - Maintain a pipeline of clients and accurate records Requirements - Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related field - Minimum 3 years of experience in either: - Industrial or technical sales, or - Engineering roles (maintenance, operations, plant, facilities) - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Comfortable with client interaction and site visits Preferred Profile - Engineers interested in transitioning to a sales or client-facing role - Candidates with sales experience in technical or industrial environments - Confident in engaging new clients and building relationships What We Look For - Proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn - Comfortable approaching new people - Curious about industrial operations and problem-solving Performance Expectations - Conduct 5–10 client meetings per week - Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities Why Join Us - Exposure to real industrial projects - Strong opportunities for learning and career growth - Hands-on, impactful role
