As a Senior Associate in Fund Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely execution of operational activities for multiple funds. Your role will involve working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to support the full lifecycle of fund operations: Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operational tasks across multiple funds, including processing investor subscriptions and redemptions, managing account openings, handling exchange membership applications. - Ensure prompt bill payments, and maintain related documentation. - Execute trade settlements for US equities, ensuring that reconciliation between portfolio managers, prime brokers, and internal systems is both precise and timely. - Review Net Asset Value (NAV) reports prepared by fund administrators. - Assist with annual fund audits and statutory declarations. - Build and maintain strong professional relationships with brokers, fund administrators, service providers, and all relevant external partners. - Lead or participate in special/ad‑hoc projects or tasks assigned by management, driving improvements, efficiencies, or system enhancements as needed. Required Experience and Skills: - Prior experience in fund operations or a related function within asset management or hedge funds. - Demonstrable expertise in the settlement and reconciliation of US equity trades, including hands‑on familiarity with DTCC, brokers, and post‑trade workflows. - Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical and problem solving skills. - Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
