Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the product roadmap planning and design, creating product requirement documents.
2.Organize and coordinate requirements analysis, product design, and interaction design, collaborating with development teams to drive product launch and delivery.
3.Coordinate and manage resources to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery, including client presentations and training.
4.Work closely with the solutions and development teams to clearly understand client needs and iterate product features.
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, with experience in designing admin console, CMS, CRM, BPM engines, or rule engines.
2.Over 3 years of experience as a B2B product manager; experience in leading the end-to-end planning, design, and delivery of a product module from scratch is preferred.
3.Proficient in independently creating product requirement documents and prototype design documentation, with the ability to drive project progress; familiarity with the full product development lifecycle.
4.Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to work effectively with clients and developers.
5.Strong work ethic and resilience, with a sense of ownership and a collaborative team spirit.
