Enterprise Account Executive – Hong Kong & North Asia (FSI) 2.4M - 3.6M HKD - (50/50) About the Role - Partner with a global enterprise platform company expanding across Hong Kong and North Asia. - The company offers technologies in integration, API management, identity, and developer platforms. - Solutions help large enterprises modernize legacy systems, accelerate digital transformation, and build scalable digital ecosystems. - The Senior Enterprise Account Executive will drive new logo acquisition and strategic growth in the region. - This is a high-impact, individual contributor role with ownership of the territory, managing complex enterprise sales cycles, and engaging senior technology leaders responsible for digital transformation. - The role requires a strong hunter mindset, focusing on opening new enterprise accounts and developing strategic relationships with customers and ecosystem partners. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute a territory strategy to acquire and expand enterprise customers across Hong Kong and North Asia. - Own the full enterprise sales lifecycle: pipeline development, opportunity qualification, negotiation, and deal closure. - Identify and develop new logo opportunities through proactive prospecting, ecosystem engagement, and partner-led initiatives. - Build strong relationships with CIOs, enterprise architects, digital transformation leaders, and senior technology stakeholders. - Collaborate with solution architects and pre-sales teams to deliver technical demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept engagements. - Leverage partnerships with global and regional system integrators to support large digital transformation initiatives and expand market reach. - Maintain strong post-sale engagement to support customer adoption and identify expansion opportunities. - Ensure accurate pipeline visibility and sales forecasting within CRM systems. - Represent the company at industry events, partner engagements, and executive briefings. - Stay informed on trends in enterprise technology, including cloud adoption, microservices architectures, APIs, and platform engineering. Candidate Profile - 15+ years of experience in enterprise software or platform sales, with a core focus within the FSI industry - Proven track record of consistently achieving multi-million-dollar sales quotas in Hong Kong and North Asia. - Strong experience managing strategic enterprise accounts and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. - Background in selling integration platforms, API infrastructure, middleware, cloud-native platforms, or developer platforms. - Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to translate complex technology solutions into business value. - Experience working with or selling alongside system integrator partners and consulting firms. - Existing relationships with enterprise technology leaders and decision-makers in the region. - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including experience with C-suite executives. - Fluency in additional Asian languages are a plus (Mandarin, Korean, Japanese) Territory - Primary coverage includes: - Hong Kong - Taiwan - Korea - Japan - China (Selectively) Ideal Backgrounds - Candidates typically come from: - Enterprise software firms - Enterprise integration platforms - API management infrastructure - Cloud-native developer platforms - Enterprise infrastructure software *Due to volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted EA Licence No.: 25S3232 EA Personnel Reg.
