Job responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets in the Malaysian market. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research. - Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns and promotional materials. - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our SAAS solutions. - Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges. - Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. - Mentor and support junior sales team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Job requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Min3-5 years of experience in software sales, particularly in the SAAS industry, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. - Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a keen understanding of the sales process. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. - Knowledge of the Malaysian market and business landscape is highly desirable. - Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
