VR Experience Associate (Gaming & Customer Service) Work Location: - Orchard Central, Singapore Salary Range: - $2,500 - $3,500 Responsibilities: - Welcome customers and assist with bookings and enquiries. - Introduce VR games and guide customers on equipment usage. - Ensure VR stations and gaming equipment are properly set up and operational. - Provide basic troubleshooting support during gameplay. - Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the outlet and equipment. - Recommend suitable VR experiences based on customer preferences. - Handle cashiering and payment transactions. - Support daily outlet operations, including opening and closing duties. - Deliver professional and positive customer service experiences. Requirements: - Interest in gaming, VR technology, or customer service. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Comfortable interacting with customers in a fast-paced environment. - Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays. - Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn. - Prior experience in retail, customer service, gaming, entertainment, or hospitality is an advantage. - Training will be provided for candidates without prior experience.
