Lead Solution Architect – Banking Technology Responsibilities - Lead the conceptualization and design of technical solution architectures aligned with project requirements and enterprise IT strategies. - Collaborate with enterprise architects, system SMEs, and product vendors to ensure proposed solutions comply with organizational standards, guidelines, and strategic objectives. - Serve as the key liaison between enterprise architecture teams and technical delivery units, translating strategic vision into actionable implementation plans. - Provide technical leadership in evaluating emerging technologies, frameworks, and platform capabilities to enhance solution design and delivery. - Guide and mentor development teams and technical leads in applying architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices. - Present proposed solutions from IT leadership and enterprise architecture governance boards. - Lead and manage a team of solution architects, fostering professional growth and driving value-added services across projects. - Ensure architectural deliverables meet quality standards and address both functional and non-functional requirements, including performance, scalability, reliability, and security. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline. - Minimum 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, with at least 10 years in solution architecture and design roles. - Strong understanding of system development and project implementation lifecycles within banking environments. - Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing architecture teams. - Demonstrated success in designing and implementing enterprise-scale solutions involving full-stack integration across channels, systems, middleware, and data platforms. - Experience integrating commercial off-the-shelf products and cloud-native solutions is highly desirable. - Hands-on expertise in application modernization and data/application migration strategies and tools. - Familiarity with banking technologies, core systems, and industry trends. - Technical proficiency in the following areas is preferred: Modern engineering practices: DevOps, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), microservices, enterprise integration patterns Cloud services: Microsoft Azure (APIM, Function Apps, Logic Apps, Azure SQL DB) Middleware technologies Interested candidates please email your latest resume to subagio@tangspac.com
