Responsibilities: - Define and execute the company’s AI vision, roadmap, and technical strategy across multiple AI domains. - Lead and scale a high-performing AI engineering and algorithms team. - Drive the development of AI-powered capabilities, including: - Large Language Models (LLMs) - Intelligent customer interaction systems - Personalized recommendation systems - AI-native engineering productivity initiatives - Build scalable AI platforms, reusable infrastructure, and production-grade ML systems. - Lead deployment of recommendation and personalization pipelines, including: - Retrieval - Ranking - Re-ranking - Recommendation optimization - Architect and productionize LLM-powered applications leveraging: - Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) - Fine-tuning - Agent frameworks - Multi-modal AI workflows - Enterprise knowledge systems - Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business leadership to align AI investments with measurable business impact. - Foster a strong engineering culture, technical standards, and talent development practices within the AI organization. - Stay ahead of emerging trends in generative AI, AI infrastructure, developer tooling, and applied AI systems. Requirements: Required: - Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related disciplines; advanced degrees preferred. - 8-15+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with prior experience leading technical teams or large-scale AI initiatives. - Proven experience deploying AI systems into production at scale. - Strong hands-on experience with recommendation systems, including: - Retrieval - Ranking - Re-ranking - Personalization systems - Deep practical experience building and deploying LLM applications, including: - Prompt engineering - Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) - Fine-tuning - Agent workflows - AI evaluation frameworks - Experience building enterprise-grade AI knowledge systems and scalable AI infrastructure. - Strong business and product understanding, with the ability to translate AI capabilities into measurable operational impact. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
