Responsibilities: - Reconcile trades, transactions, and positions across Asia trading activity. - Prepare and submit delivery instructions for proprietary trading. - Maintain positions, P&L, and real-time desk information. - Support operational processes to meet regulatory and exchange requirements. - Use trading and desk tools under trader instruction, including algorithmic tools where applicable. - Update and maintain trading systems, proprietary applications, and Excel tools. - Liaise with traders, brokers, dealers/counterparties, clearing firms, and internal teams. - Assist with execution support, recaps/reporting, and post-trade issue resolution. - Contribute to automation and process-improvement projects, including testing and rollout support. - Operate effectively on the trading floor and stay composed during time-sensitive situations. Requirements: - Solid professional capabilities in financial trading, with proficiency in reconciling trades, transactions, and positions across Asia trading activity. - Ability to accurately handle delivery instructions for proprietary trading and maintain real-time positions, P&L, and desk information. - Technically strong with a curious mindset; adept at operating and maintaining trading systems, proprietary applications, and Excel tools. - Ability to operate various trading tools (including algorithmic tools) under trader instructions and a willingness to learn new technologies. - Excellent cross-team communication and collaboration skills; able to effectively liaise with traders, brokers, counterparties, clearing firms, and internal teams. - Experience supporting the full process of execution support, recaps/reporting, and post-trade issue resolution, ensuring compliant operations. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure trading floor environment and remain composed during time-sensitive situations. - Experience leading automation and process improvement projects, with a focus on continuously driving operational efficiency in trading business.
