About the company: - Our client is a leading provider of data management solutions. - The company specializes in cutting-edge technology to optimize data storage and processing. Job responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact with banks and headquarters for day-to-day financial transactions. - Process payments across the APAC region, including bank transfers and H2H (Host-to-Host) payments. - Oversee the management of bank and H2H payment accounts. - Implement and enhance automation within financial systems. - Provide payment-related support to departments such as Order Operations, Delivery, Sales, and GSM. - Liaise with banks and payment vendors on behalf of APAC entities. - Assist with month-end closing procedures. - Support both internal and external audit processes. - Assist with bank account openings, KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance, signatory updates, and other administrative requirements. - Prepare and manage finance/banking documentation. - Carry out additional ad hoc tasks as needed. Job requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or payment processing roles. - Strong understanding of financial regulations and payment processing systems. - Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. - Working location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor.
