Job Position: Assistant Purchaser Salary Range: - $2,400 – $3,000 Working Area: - Ubi Working Hours: - Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm Job Description: - Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery of goods and services. - Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers and vendors based on their capabilities, pricing, quality, and reliability. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. - Assist in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions for the organization while maintaining positive vendor relationships. - Process purchase orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate timely procurement. - Support cost management initiatives by assisting in driving cost savings, exploring cost reduction opportunities, conducting cost analysis, and identifying strategies to optimize procurement spend. - Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and procurement policies and procedures. Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and reporting purposes. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as finance, operations, and project teams, to understand procurement requirements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. - Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Manager or Management. Requirements: At least 1–2 years of purchasing experience in an ACMV-related company.
