Job Description - Location: Senai - Working Arrangement: Onsite, with travel required within APAC and Europe Key Responsibilities: - Perform onsite or remote machine installation and resolve technical issues or troubleshooting as needed. - Handle spare parts management and coordination. - Prepare and maintain machine manuals and related documentation. - Manage new project trials, address customer requirements, and prepare Design for Manufacturability (DFM) documentation for the factory. - Monitor and follow up on project schedules to ensure timely completion. - Willingness to work overtime to support customers worldwide, including those in different time zones. - Liaise primarily with international customers and engineers at the company headquarters. Requirements: - Fluent in English and Chinese, with the ability to read and write in both languages. - Willingness to travel overseas, with current projects mainly based in Thailand. - Ability to work under pressure, prioritize customer requirements, and respond to urgent requests. - Preferably 3-5 years of working experience in machine service, troubleshooting, and project handling.
