We are partnering with an established universal bank to look for an outstanding IT Auditor covering APAC region. Job responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive IT audits across various function to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. - Evaluate the effectiveness of IT controls and processes related to technology infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity. - Identify and assess risks associated with IT systems and recommend improvements to mitigate potential threats. - Collaborate with regional IT teams to develop and implement audit plans and strategies. - Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders. - Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and ensure timely resolution of identified issues. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the financial services sector. - Provide guidance and support to junior auditors and contribute to the continuous improvement of the audit function. Job requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT auditing, preferably within the banking or financial services industry. - Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and risk management. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. - Proven ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. - Experience with audit tools and methodologies. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
