Operations Analyst (FX Derivatives) Duration: 12 Months Location: Changi City Point Responsibilities: - Handle daily processing of trades and ensure on-time settlement for various instruments, including Equity, Bonds, Structured Products, OTC Derivatives, and Corporate Action events. This includes managing the product lifecycle for Derivatives. - Liaise with counterparties and custodians to resolve any trade mismatches, failures, or issues, ensuring fast and effective resolution. - Ensure timely reconciliation of cash, securities, and other general ledger accounts, with no unaccountable breaks or unclaimed fund items. - Conduct end-of-day checks of Avaloq orderbooks and SWIFT Alliance queue to confirm that all trades are attended to and processed. - Ensure full compliance with all policies and regulations, including SFA’s T+X+1, and maintain complete adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with Wealth Business and other internal and external customers. - Perform other duties as assigned from time to time. - Escalate issues and risks to the Team Leader or Department Head promptly. Requirements: - Functional knowledge and experience in back-office support is required. - Proficient in products and settlement processes for Foreign Exchange and FX Derivatives. - Good team player, self-motivated, with strong interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a stretched environment and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail. - Diploma or Degree in Banking, Business Studies, or other related fields.
