Job responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the UAE and KSA markets. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base. - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. - Collaborate with the engineering and commercial teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and customer requirements. - Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges. - Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company. - Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. - Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance the company's visibility and reputation. Job requirements: - Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the engineering or commercial sector. - Strong understanding of the UAE and KSA markets, with a network of industry contacts. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. - Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus. - Willingness to travel within the region as required.
