Job responsibilities: - Lead and manage the presales team to support sales efforts and achieve business objectives. - Develop and deliver compelling AI solution presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients. - Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to understand client needs and tailor AI solutions accordingly. - Create and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of AI products and services offered by ONEAIX. - Identify and analyze market trends to provide strategic insights and recommendations for AI product development. - Assist in the preparation of proposals, RFPs, and other sales-related documents. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in client organizations. - Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients throughout the sales process. - Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams on AI technologies and solutions. - Continuously update skills and knowledge on the latest AI trends and technologies. Job requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. - Proven experience in a presales or technical sales role, preferably in the AI or technology sector. - Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and data analytics. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. - Experience in managing and leading a team is highly desirable. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. - Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
