Finance Analyst – Permanent Location: Pasir Panjang Job Responsibilities: - Prepare monthly management reports. - Conduct business review preparation and perform in-depth analysis to drive business performance improvement. - Provide financial insights to the Business Unit/Management through monthly analysis. - Prepare and analyze budgets. - Handle monthly corporate reporting, including Hi-Tree (Accounting Performance Management System). - Improve the accuracy of business result forecasting, with a focus on scrutinizing expense outlooks and minimizing variances between forecasts and actual results to support management. - Support audit processes. - Prepare and coordinate regional meetings and workshops. - Support various projects, including integration and divestiture of group companies. - Maintain Tableau and create reports. - Enhance current reporting and systems. - Improve management reports, such as by utilizing dashboards or more visual tools. - Identify inefficient processes and operations within the group and propose efficiency improvements, such as introducing new systems or eliminating unnecessary work. - Correspond with HQ in Japan, other business groups, and group companies. Requirements: - Degree in Accountancy or equivalent. - Good interpersonal and communication skills. - Committed, meticulous, and a team player. - Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines. - Strong sense of responsibility. - Ability to properly advise colleagues. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Proficiency in SAP. - Proficiency in Tableau / PowerBI.
