Job responsibilities: - Monitor and analyze daily fund operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. - Prepare and review financial reports, including NAV calculations and performance metrics. - Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to resolve operational issues. - Assist in the implementation of new processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency. - Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to ensure data integrity and accuracy. - Support the fund accounting team in the preparation of financial statements and regulatory filings. - Participate in special projects and initiatives to improve fund operations and client satisfaction. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes affecting fund operations. Job requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in fund operations or a similar role within the financial services industry. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices in fund operations. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
