In 2021, it completed a $400 million Series C financing led by SoftBank Vision Fund, with participation from Meituan Dragon Ball Capital, Sequoia Capital, Redpoint China, Source Code Capital, SoftBank Asia Fund, and 3W Capital. - Company website: https://opaybank.com/ Job Description – CFO Responsibilities: - Fully responsible for listing matters, including but not limited to approving financial statements, public information, pricing, IPO, and roadshow activities. - Establish financial rules that support the development of overseas business by connecting companies and regions. - Oversee financial management of regional companies in each country, including financial team management, operational management, and budget supervision. - Track and analyze the completion of financial indicators and budgets, providing timely disclosure and early warning of potential operational and management issues for senior decision-making. - Participate in major company decision-making, offering forward-looking early warnings and measures in finance, capital, risk control, and policy. Job Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance and economics. - Over 10 years of experience working for top investment banks or technology corporations. - Solid knowledge and experience in leading the IPO process, with a successful track record in M&A deals (including pre- and post-investment management) and US stock listings. - Experience as CFO or Chief Investment Officer in US-listed fintech companies is highly preferred. - Strategic thinker with outstanding influence and negotiation skills. - Possesses a global mindset and cross-cultural leadership capabilities. Employment Details: - OPay is considering engaging a third-party agency for local employment in the US. (Note: OPay does not have a legal entity in the US at present, but Kunlun Group does. The CFO role will be hired under OPay.) Work Location: - If based in the US, the candidate can work from home (WFH) for approximately 60-70% of the time and work in the OPay Singapore office for around 30-40% of the time. Ideal Profile: - US citizen with investment banking experience and previous CFO experience in a fintech company.
