CTO (Chief Technology Officer) – Alped Inc., Bangkok Job Responsibilities: - Take full responsibility for the company’s technology and R&D efforts, including planning the product and technology development roadmap. - Resolve technical challenges during development, continuously drive product innovation and technology optimization, and enhance user experience from a technical perspective. - Lead the technical team to accomplish tasks such as product architecture design, development, backend support, platform construction, and performance optimization, ensuring efficient and successful completion of all development tasks. - Organize and establish R&D management policies, technical standards, and specifications, and oversee their implementation. - Complete other tasks assigned by leadership. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, with experience in project and team management. - Over 8 years of software development experience and at least 4 years of team management experience; familiar with mainstream internet technology architectures. - Well-versed in the technical development cycle and processes, capable of reasonably allocating development tasks and ensuring software quality. - Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate and coordinate across departments. - Strong sense of responsibility and commitment, with an efficient and pragmatic work style. - Familiarity with technical solution design is preferred.
