Job Description & Requirements We are seeking an enthusiastic and responsible Recreational Gymnastics Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching children of all ages and skill levels, providing high-quality, fun, and safe gymnastics instruction. This role is crucial for introducing foundational gymnastics skills and nurturing a positive experience for our youngest athletes. Job Duties: - Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate recreational gymnastics classes, with a focus on Rhythmic Gymnastics basics, fundamental movements, flexibility, and coordination. - Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants by strictly following academy policies and safety protocols. - Execute the Academy’s recreational program curriculum, ensuring consistency and progression in skill development. - Maintain a supportive, energetic, and encouraging atmosphere that motivates students to participate and learn. - Work collaboratively with other coaches and all stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of programs, provide updates on student progress, assess class effectiveness, actively participate in refining coaching strategies, and share best practices for continuous improvement. - Support special events such as showcases, camps, and holiday programs. - Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
