Job responsibilities: - Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions. - Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management. - Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and projects. - Monitor financial performance and provide insights to enhance profitability and efficiency. - Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements. - Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations based on financial analysis. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Job requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in financial modeling. - Excellent knowledge of financial software and tools, such as Excel and financial databases. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - Professional certification such as CFA or CPA is a plus.
