Role Overview
- Lead client-facing Workday workstreams.
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders, owning solution design decisions and driving stakeholder alignment.
- Ensure high-quality Workday implementations that balance global standards with local requirements.
- Demonstrate strong consulting judgment, executive presence, and the ability to influence stakeholders across cultures and seniority levels.
Key Responsibilities
Client Advisory & Stakeholder Influence
- Serve as the primary functional lead and daily client contact for assigned Workday workstreams.
- Build trusted relationships with HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Lead design workshops, solution walkthroughs, and decision forums, ensuring timely alignment and sign-off.
- Influence stakeholders with structured recommendations, clear options, and fact-based storytelling, while respecting cultural differences.
- Contribute to proposals, solution shaping, and client relationship development when needed.
Workday Solution Design
- Lead end-to-end Workday solution design across one or more modules (e.g., Core HCM, Talent, Compensation, Learning, Absence).
- Translate client business requirements into scalable Workday configurations following global best practices.
- Ensure quality, documentation standards, and design consistency across countries.
Change Management & Team Development
- Support client change management, adoption planning, and leadership communications/demos.
- Advise clients on readiness, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Coach and develop consultants and senior consultants within the engagement team.
- Provide quality assurance and feedback on deliverables.
