Company: High-Tech Enterprise Location: Hong Kong, Shenzhen-Hong Kong cross-border Key Responsibilities: - Develop global IR strategy and market value management plan; translate AI, hardware & software technologies into investor-friendly business narratives to communicate core investment value. - Build and maintain relationships with global institutional investors and analysts; organize investor meetings, roadshows and reverse roadshows; collect market feedback and align with business teams. - Lead Hong Kong capital market operations including refinancing, M&A, ESOP and investor communications; manage cross-border market sentiment and crisis communications. - Lead, develop and manage the IR team; set up processes, KPIs, budget and resource allocation. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or above; overseas education or multinational corporation (MNC) experience is preferred. - Hybrid background in STEM (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Artificial Intelligence) and Finance/Accounting is highly desirable. - Minimum of 8 years’ experience in IR or capital markets, with at least 3 years in an IR management role at a Hong Kong-listed company. - Established global investor network. - Proficient in HKEX listing rules and disclosure requirements. - Experience in technology, AI, hardware, and software industries is a plus. - Mandarin Speaker.Fluent in English (working language) and able to travel frequently between Shenzhen and Hong Kong. - CFA, CPA, or Lawyer qualification is preferred. - Strong business acumen, cross-cultural communication skills, project leadership, and crisis management abilities. - Highly resilient to pressure.
