Job Title: Customer Service Representative – E-commerce Beauty Device Support Company: Callnovo Location: South Africa Employment Type: Full-time Working Hours: - Thursday to Monday, 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM Pacific Time - South Africa local time: Thursday to Monday, 7:30 PM – 3:30 AM SAST, ending the following morning each shift Market Served: United States Industry: E-commerce / Beauty Devices / Customer Support Job Overview Callnovo is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a U.S.-based e-commerce project in the beauty device industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong English communication skills, proven customer service experience, and a solid understanding of e-commerce support processes, including handling orders, shipping, returns, refunds, exchanges, and after-sales service. Key Responsibilities - Provide online customer support to U.S. customers. - Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, or other digital support channels. - Assist customers with product questions, order status, shipping updates, returns, refunds, and exchanges. - Offer basic troubleshooting support for beauty devices and related electronic products. - Follow up on customer cases to ensure timely resolution. - Maintain a professional, helpful, and customer-focused communication style. - Collaborate with internal teams when escalation or additional support is required. Requirements - Fluent English communication skills. - Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience. - Familiarity with e-commerce support processes, including orders, shipping, returns, refunds, and exchanges. - Availability to work during the specified hours. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and manage customer inquiries in a structured online support environment. Preferred Qualifications - Experience providing technical support for electronic products. - Background in supporting beauty devices, consumer electronics, or e-commerce brands. - Proficiency with customer service platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or similar tools.
