Duties and Responsibilities - Build strong relationships with direct advertisers and publishers in the South Korean market. - Become a trusted advisor to key decision makers at leading mobile game studios and app developers. - Manage a pipeline of accounts and achieve quarterly sales targets. - Take a consultative approach to understanding developers’ ad businesses and provide market insights. - Represent Mintegral at industry events and conferences. - Prospect clients in top game charts and through third-party tools. - Collaborate with internal teams, including account management, legal, product, and engineering, to ensure client success. - Develop and maintain strong industry and company knowledge. - Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required, preferably in business, marketing, or a related field. - Fluent in English and Korean. - Passionate about mobile games. - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in mobile/online advertising. - At least 2 years’ experience working with mobile app developers is a plus. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Knowledge of the mobile advertising ecosystem and SDKs. - Ability to quickly understand and apply new concepts. - Self-organized, proactive, and attentive to detail. - Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data for proposals and negotiations. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment and perform under stress. - Familiarity with Salesforce, MS Excel, and Google Suite. - Willingness to travel 10-30% of the time.
