Operations Executive
Job Description
- Complete daily operational tasks such as registration, deposits, withdrawals, reporting, and other operational duties in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform end-to-end Know Your Customer (KYC) processes for both new and existing clients, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted promptly.
- Conduct risk assessments on clients by evaluating their profiles, geographic locations, and transaction patterns to identify and mitigate potential risks. Classify clients by risk level and apply appropriate due diligence.
- Assist in drafting, preparing, and applying procedures, guidelines, and operational documents for both clients and the team.
- Assist in issuing notifications regarding any operational policies, changes, or notices.
- Support the supervisor in configuring systems according to established procedures and requirements.
- Prepare reports and present findings to the supervisor as required.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from other departments and clients, providing timely resolutions.
- Ensure clients’ information and documents are securely stored within company systems in accordance with established procedures and regulations.
- Assist in coordinating and communicating with other teams or departments on operational matters.
- Support the finance department with daily deposit and withdrawal reconciliations and follow up on any discrepancies.
- Cooperate with the compliance and audit departments by providing required documents in a timely manner.
- Take proactive measures to prevent the company’s involvement in money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activities, and report any concerns to the supervisor immediately.
- Record any complaints and report them to supervisors immediately. Assist in handling complaints in a timely manner.
- Follow the team’s assigned shift schedule.
- Address any issues or concerns by liaising with the supervisor.
Knowledge and Qualifications
- Participate in training sessions related to financial knowledge, operations, compliance, laws, and regulations, and successfully pass any required tests.
- Fulfil the qualification requirements for the operations position as specified by relevant regulations.

- Adhere to the company’s internal policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality by not disclosing, sharing, or using the company’s confidential information without proper authorization.
Working Hours: (GMT +8) 8 am – 6 pm or 6 pm – 4 am (2 days off per week)
Working Location: Johor, Malaysia
