*Job position: Assistant Service Manager*
Location: Ubi
Salary range: $ 3.8k – $4.8k
Working hours:
Mon – Fri , 8am to 5.30pm
Job Description:
* Lead and support the service team through guidance, coaching, and performance monitoring
* Manage daily service operations including scheduling, dispatching, and job coordination
* Ensure timely resolution of service calls and efficient workload allocation
* Conduct client follow-ups to ensure service satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities
* Maintain strong client relationships and handle inquiries and feedback professionally
* Coordinate with internal departments to optimize resources and service delivery
* Monitor service KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews with team members
* Maintain service records including reports, schedules, and inventory tracking
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
* Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in ACMV company
* Prior supervisory or team lead experience is preferred
* Strong understanding of service operations, maintenance workflows, and troubleshooting coordination
* Experience in scheduling, dispatching, and managing service teams
* Good customer service and client relationship management skills
* Familiar with safety and compliance standards in service/M&E industry
