Position: Corporate Finance & Advisory - perm We are hiring for one of the reputable investment bank. The selected candidate will be a key member of the Corporate Finance & Advisory team under our Investment Banking and Advisory department in Singapore. The candidate will work on corporate finance and investment banking transactions across various industry sectors both in Singapore and regional markets. Work location- opp clark quay MRT Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute corporate finance transactions, including initial public offerings (IPOs), equity fund raises, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A), managing the process from origination through to transaction close. - Manage corporate finance work streams such as due diligence and documentation, coordinating with other professionals including auditors and legal counsels, and handling submissions to regulators such as the SGX-ST. - Identify key risks and issues in transactions, collaborating with other professionals to propose solutions to resolve or mitigate these risks. - Prepare corporate presentations, pitch books, and business proposals for client meetings. - Conduct in-depth market research, financial analysis, and valuation modelling to assess the viability of transactions. - Support senior bankers in client relationship management and assist in the training and development of junior bankers. Key Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline. - CMFAS “Advising on Corporate Finance” certification (or exemptions), and any other required CMFAS modules. - At least 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, investment banking, and/or capital markets. - Strong understanding of SGX-ST listing rules and other relevant regulations. - Excellent analytical, numeric, and communication skills. - Strong project management abilities, with the capacity to multi-task and manage time effectively. - High attention to detail and the ability to deliver results under pressure and meet multiple deadlines.
