Job responsibilities: - Lead and manage audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. - Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and providing strategic insights to enhance their business operations. - Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of audit assignments, ensuring timely delivery and quality of work. - Collaborate with other partners and senior management to drive business development initiatives and expand the firm's market presence. - Mentor and develop junior staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth and performance. - Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure the firm remains at the forefront of the audit profession. - Contribute to the strategic planning and decision-making processes of the firm, aligning audit services with overall business objectives. Job requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent professional qualification is required. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in audit, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a reputable audit firm. - Ability to sign audit reports and ensure all engagements comply with regulatory requirements. - Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). - Proven track record of managing large audit engagements and delivering high-quality results. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. - Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with a focus on mentoring and developing talent. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
