We are seeking an experienced and outgoing Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our chairman. This position is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is prepared for extensive international business engagements.
Job Description:
- Provide executive and administrative support to the Chairman
- Manage calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and daily coordination
- Assist in reviewing basic contracts and business documents
- Coordinate with regional stakeholders in English and Mandarin
- Support overseas business travel and related logistics
- Handle driving duties for business appointments when required
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Law, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in PA / Executive Assistant / Private Secretary role
- Strong English & Mandarin communication skills (Japanese is an advantage)
- Experience in business support, scheduling, and document handling
- Willing to travel internationally when required
- Valid driving licence required; driving duties required
- Familiarity with basic business/commercial documents is an advantage
