*Job position: Customer Service Officer*

Mon – Fri , 8am to 5.30pm
Job Description:
* Coordinate and optimize daily technician schedules for efficient job allocation and service delivery
* Act as the main point of contact for Management Agents (MA) via phone, email, and messaging platforms
* Prepare quotations for repair and replacement works and follow up for job confirmation
* Prepare and submit safety documentation including Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and Method Statements (MOS)
* Maintain accurate records of job status, contractor updates, and project milestones for reporting purposes
* Arrange site access, work permits, and coordinate with suppliers on parts availability
* Provide timely updates on job progress and handle service-related feedback or issues
* Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
* 2–3 years of experience in ACMV service coordination or related customer service roles
* Familiar with ACMV maintenance, servicing, and repair workflows
* Experience in scheduling technicians and coordinating service operations
* Ability to prepare quotations and follow up on job confirmations
* Basic understanding of RA, SWP, and MOS documentation
* Strong communication and coordination skills with clients, MAs, and suppliers
