*Job position: Quantity Surveyor Manager* Location: Ubi Salary range: $7K - $9K Working hours: Mon – Fri , 8am to 5.30pm Job Description: * Lead the full tendering process including pre-qualification, commercial and technical submissions * Develop and standardise tender procedures, pricing structures, and cost templates * Conduct cost estimation, risk analysis, pricing review, and value engineering * Prepare and review tender submissions, reports, and recommendations to management * Attend tender interviews, site briefings, and negotiate with clients until contract award * Liaise with consultants, clients, QS, and project teams on tender requirements and design briefs * Prepare project budgets upon award and support project handover and kick-off * Manage tender clarifications, queries, and submission deadlines * Monitor market trends and support benchmarking and business development initiatives * Conduct post-tender and post-contract reviews for continuous improvement * Provide guidance and support to junior QS staff * Maintain strong client relationships and support tender strategy execution Requirements: * 2–5 years of experience in QS / cost management * Experience in ACMV industry is required * Strong knowledge of ACMV systems, construction methods, and cost structures * Experience in tender pricing, cost estimation, and budget preparation * Understanding of contract administration (e.g. SIA, PSSCOC or equivalent) * Familiar with BOQ preparation, cost plans, tender submissions, and variation works * Ability to perform cost control, analysis, and value engineering
