*Job position: Service Engineer* Location: Ubi Salary range: $3k – $4.5k Working hours: Mon – Sat, 8am to 5pm Job Description: * Allocate manpower effectively to support project and operational requirements * Plan, coordinate, and adjust work schedules based on changing priorities and deadlines * Provide daily technical guidance and supervision to service technicians * Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair works for air-conditioning systems * Conduct inspection and quality checks before and after job completion * Attend site surveys, meetings, and tender briefings with clients and contractors * Respond to breakdowns and emergency service support, including after-office-hours when required * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction * Monitor team performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality * Ensure all works comply with company SOPs, safety, and regulatory requirements Requirements: * 2–5 years of experience in ACMV / air-conditioning service, maintenance, or installation * Strong technical knowledge in air-conditioning systems and troubleshooting * Experience supervising technicians and coordinating site/service operations * Skilled in manpower planning, scheduling, and operational coordination * Able to handle emergency breakdown support when required
