Front Desk Concierge and Admin Support
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Concierge Management
Manage daily front desk operations, including visitor reception, call handling, and responding to general inquiries.
Serve as the first point of contact for the company, presenting a professional, polished, and welcoming image at all times.
Ensure smooth coordination of incoming guests and maintain front office tidiness and readiness.
Office & Administrative Support
Provide responsive administrative support to internal teams as required.
Culture & Internal Engagement
Support the organization of employee engagement activities such as birthdays, festive celebrations, and welfare initiatives.
Assist in coordinating company events and internal gatherings to foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
Meeting & Client Support
Prepare meeting rooms and provide on-site support during client visits and internal meetings.
Ensure meetings and visits are executed smoothly with attention to detail and hospitality standards.
Requirements
Education
Diploma or above in Business Administration or related fields.
Language
Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
Experience
1–3 years of relevant experience in front desk or administrative roles preferred.
Fresh graduates with strong ownership and service mindset are welcome.
