Job responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. - Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications. - Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. - Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications. - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. - Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs. - Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Track and report on recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Job requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the technology sector. - Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. - Familiarity with social media recruiting and networking platforms. - Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
