Job responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract prospective students.
- Manage and oversee the student recruitment team to achieve enrollment targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions.
- Organize and participate in recruitment events, fairs, and open houses.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new recruitment opportunities.
- Provide guidance and support to prospective students throughout the application process.
- Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies in student recruitment.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in student recruitment or a similar role.
- Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets and managing a team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Familiarity with the education sector and international student recruitment is an advantage.
