Position Overview - Tangspac International is partnering with a top-tier Investment Bank to recruit a Private Wealth Director. The role focuses on developing business relationships with high-net-worth individuals, their families, family offices, and corporates. Job Responsibilities - Formulate and implement the business plan for the private wealth management team in alignment with the company’s overall development strategy. - Oversee the business operations of the private wealth management team and lead the team to achieve company targets. - Lead business expansion efforts, develop channels, improve organizational performance, promote the company brand, and enhance the team’s competitiveness within the region and industry. - Provide training and guidance to private wealth advisers and other team members, facilitate team building, enhance team cohesion, and promote team development. - Strictly adhere to compliance systems to prevent and resolve operational risks. Job Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or above. - Holder of SFC and/or HKMA license. - Experience in retail/personal business within the financial industry is preferred. - Demonstrates uprightness, humility, diligence, and high moral values. - Strong interest in the financial industry and wealth management business. - Understanding of various financial market products and possesses excellent learning ability. - Client-oriented, passionate about sales and the financial industry, positive and confident with excellent communication skills. - Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English is preferred.
