Job Responsibilities - Channel Expansion: Actively develop new offline retail channels for e-cigarette products within the assigned territory. Target locations include convenience stores, bars, nightclubs, supermarkets, vape shops, and similar outlets. - Relationship Maintenance: Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and distributors to ensure optimal product placement, visibility, and continuous restocking. - Promotion Execution: Plan and execute local ground promotion activities. Distribute Point of Sale Materials (POSM) and educate store staff and target adult consumers on product features. - Market Intelligence: Collect and report market feedback, competitor dynamics, pricing strategies, and consumer preferences to the management team. - Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and new store acquisition goals. Job Requirements - Vehicle Requirement: Must own a personal vehicle and hold a valid driver's license. This is essential for daily route coverage, carrying promotional materials, and minor product deliveries. - Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, ground promotion, or field marketing. Experience in FMCG, consumer electronics, or the e-cigarette industry is highly preferred. - Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong business acumen and the ability to close deals independently. - Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, resilient, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
