Role Overview: We are seeking a bilingual, creative, and data-driven Digital Content & Social Media Manager fluent in both Arabic and English. In this role, you will lead the strategy, creation, and distribution of content across all digital channels—including social media, website, paid ads, and email marketing—with a focus on the MENA region. This hybrid position blends content marketing, social media growth, and campaign performance tracking. You will collaborate with designers, KOLs, and paid media teams to deliver high-performing, localized, and engaging digital experiences. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Strategy - Plan and create engaging Arabic and English content for social media posts, website copy, digital ads, and video scripts. - Develop brand messaging and tone tailored to MENA audiences; maintain a consistent voice across platforms. - Create content calendars and collaborate with design and video teams on high-impact creatives. - Lead storytelling for product launches, market education, trading insights, and brand campaigns. Social Media Management - Manage company accounts across platforms: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and others. - Customize posting strategy by platform behavior and regional preferences. - Monitor and grow audience engagement, reach, and follower base. - Launch UGC campaigns, KOL collaborations, hashtag challenges, and community engagement initiatives. - Oversee quality and brand alignment of influencer-generated content. Performance Monitoring & Optimization - Define and track KPIs such as engagement rate, CTR, conversions, and follower growth. - Use Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, TikTok Analytics, and UTM tagging for campaign tracking. - Run A/B testing on creatives, copy, and formats; adjust based on performance insights. - Align content strategies with SEO, paid media, and email automation for full-funnel impact. Requirements: - Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written); excellent writing/editing skills in both languages. - 3–5 years of experience in digital content, social media marketing, or communications, preferably in forex, fintech, or finance. - Strong understanding of MENA digital audiences and cultural nuances. - Familiar with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, TikTok for Business, ChatGPT, Notion, and Google Analytics. - SEO basics and multilingual content optimization experience. - Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills. -Able to relocate to Malaysia Nice to Have: - Personal or professional portfolio of brand social media operation. - Light video editing experience (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut). - Hands-on experience with influencer/KOL campaigns in Arabic-speaking markets. - Familiarity with Telegram, WhatsApp groups, Reddit, or regional online communities.
