Job responsibilities:
-Overseas Client Connection and Communication: Undertake the consulting needs of overseas clients, establish efficient and smooth communication channels with clients through emails, video conferences, instant messaging tools, etc., accurately understand clients' needs and questions, and provide professional and timely feedback to clients.
-Product and Cooperation Model Introduction: Master the core functions, technical advantages, application scenarios and business models of the company's B2B project products in depth. Combine the industry characteristics and needs of clients to clearly and comprehensively introduce product value and cooperation plans to clients, and assist clients in formulating suitable cooperation plans.
-Sales Process Follow-up and Promotion: Establish a client follow-up ledger, classify and manage client needs, follow up on the progress of clients' cooperation intentions regularly, proactively coordinate internal company resources such as technology, products and operations, solve problems encountered by clients in the cooperation negotiation process, promote the smooth progress of the sales process, and ensure the achievement of cooperation.
-Document Writing and Management: Be responsible for writing client communication minutes, product introduction materials (English version), cooperation proposal recommendations, contract drafts and other documents, ensuring the content of the documents is accurate, standardized and professional; at the same time, do a good job in the classification, filing and version management of documents to facilitate future reference and traceability.
-Client Relationship Maintenance and Information Feedback: After the cooperation is reached, continuously maintain a good relationship with clients, collect feedback and potential needs of clients on product use, and promptly feed back to relevant internal departments of the company to provide reference for product optimization and business expansion.
Job requirements:
-Language Proficiency: Possess excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, be able to use English as the working language, and be proficient in carrying out overseas client communication, document writing, meeting communication and other work.
-Learning Ability: Have a strong desire for knowledge and fast learning ability, be able to be familiar with the company's product characteristics, industry knowledge and market trends in a short period of time, and quickly adapt to the work rhythm and needs of overseas business.
-Work Attitude and Execution Ability: Be proactive and responsible in work, have strong pressure resistance and sense of goal, be able to efficiently complete work tasks such as client connection and sales follow-up, and ensure that all work is completed on time and with high quality.
-Experience Requirements: Candidates with relevant work experience in B2B industry, overseas enterprises or overseas client connection are preferred; those familiar with the communication habits of overseas market clients, sales processes or document specifications will be given priority consideration.
-Communication and Coordination Ability: Possess good cross-departmental communication and resource coordination skills, be able to clearly express needs and effectively promote internal collaboration, and at the same time have a strong sense of customer service, be good at listening to customer needs and maintaining customer relationships.
-Other Requirements: Have good logical thinking ability and written expression ability, have a strong interest in overseas business, be willing to grow together with the company, and accept the challenges in the process of overseas business expansion.
