Senior Customer Service Executive (Airfreight, Import)

• Remuneration Package: Salary up to $4,200 + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Working Location: East Region (Company Transport Provided at Multiple Pick-up Points)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:45pm + Alternate Saturday (Half Day)

Key Responsibilities
• Manage full spectrum of air import shipments, coordinating with customers, overseas agents, and internal stakeholders
• Verify shipping documents (AWB/HAWB) and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Provide timely updates on shipment status, flight details, and delays
• Ensure smooth customs clearance and permit management within KPIs
• Liaise with customers for approvals on charges prior to delivery
• Monitor cargo arrivals, inventory status, and handle shipment discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with customer SOPs, regulatory requirements, and service standards
• Handle customer enquiries professionally and maintain high service satisfaction
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and adhere to QHSE standards
Key Requirements
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience within airfreight or freight forwarding industry
• Strong communication and coordination skills
