Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with proven track record in selling prefabricated/modular data center solutions. Based in Hong Kong and working remotely, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in Hong Kong, Greater China, and selected APAC markets by developing new business and managing key accounts. Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities for prefabricated modular data center solutions (including containerized, all-in-one, and hybrid modular deployments). Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, hyperscalers, colocation providers, system integrators, and channel partners. Conduct solution presentations, technical demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements in collaboration with pre-sales and engineering teams. Develop and execute account strategies, sales forecasts, and pipeline management using CRM tools. Collaborate closely with marketing, product management, and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project hand-over. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in modular data centers, AI infrastructure, and edge computing. Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Requirements Minimum 5–8 years of B2B solution sales experience, with at least 3 years specifically in prefabricated/modular data center sales (essential). Proven track record of closing large-scale deals (HKD 5M+ per project) in the data center or critical infrastructure sector. Existing network and relationships within the Hong Kong and Greater China data center ecosystem (colocation operators, enterprises, consultants, and integrators) is highly preferred. Strong technical understanding of prefabricated modular data center architecture, power & cooling systems, deployment models, and TCO advantages. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Mandarin (Cantonese is a plus). Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision. Bachelor’s degree or above; background in Engineering, IT, or Business is advantageous. Willingness to travel within Greater China and APAC as required (20–30%). What We Offer Competitive base salary plus attractive uncapped commission structure.
