Key Responsibilities • Shape financial strategy and support executive decision-making. • Lead market budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. • Drive commercial insights through deep P&L and performance analysis. • Oversee financial governance and ensure alignment with global standards. • Strengthen planning and reporting frameworks across the market. • Present clear, strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders. Requirements • Degree in Finance or Accounting. • At least 10 years of FP&A or business partnering experience within pharma. • Strong track record in strategic planning and financial leadership. • Skilled in influencing decisions in a matrix environment. • Strong business acumen and communication skills.
