We are seeking a detail-oriented PMO (Finance) professional to support client's finance transformation initiatives for a global organization. This role will be responsible for driving project governance, financial oversight, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful delivery of finance-related projects. Key Responsibilities: Define and maintain PMO standards, best practices, and methodologies for finance projects. Monitor timelines, budgets, performance, and risks to ensure smooth delivery. Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial tracking. Assess project viability, ROI, and provide insights for decision-making. Act as a key liaison between Finance, IT, and business teams. Communicate updates effectively to senior leadership and steering committees. Maintain a consolidated view of finance-related projects, prioritize initiatives, and deliver dashboards and reports to leadership. Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and resolve project-related issues in collaboration with stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred). Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management or PMO roles within a finance function. Strong knowledge of financial processes, systems, and internal controls. Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, etc.). Advanced Excel skills for financial tracking and analysis. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an advantage. Why Join Our Client?
