Key Responsibilities
- Drive Business Growth: Manage existing clients, identify upselling opportunities, and achieve sales targets
- Commercial Negotiation: Lead pricing and contract discussions aligned with company policies
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitors and market trends to support strategic decisions
- Stakeholder Management: Work with distributors and internal teams to ensure smooth order-to-cash processes
- Customer Engagement: Conduct client visits and provide technical support when required
Key Requirements
- Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the chemical or science industry
- Exposure to SEA markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines) is advantageous
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to translate technical concepts into business opportunities
- Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven
