About the company: Our client is a leading provider of data management solutions, specializing in cutting-edge technology to optimize data storage and processing. Job responsibilities: -Act as the main point of contact with banks and headquarters for day-to-day financial transactions -Process payments across the APAC region, including bank transfers and H2H payments -Oversee the management of bank and H2H payment accounts -Implement and enhance automation within financial systems -Provide payment-related support to departments such as Order Operations, Delivery, Sales, and GSM -Liaise with banks and payment vendors on behalf of APAC entities -Assist with month-end closing procedures -Support both internal and external audit processes -Assist with bank account openings, KYC compliance, signatory updates, and other administrative requirements -Prepare and manage finance/banking documentation -Carry out additional ad hoc tasks as needed Job requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or payment processing roles. - Strong understanding of financial regulations and payment processing systems. - Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
