Job responsibilities: Job Summary The Recruitment Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities to support the organization's manpower needs. This role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process while maintaining compliance with company policies and employment regulations. Key Responsibilities • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination • Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications • Source candidates through internal/external job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation • Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases • Support onboarding processes to ensure a positive new-joiner experience • Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and exit clearance • Ensure recruitment practices comply with local employment laws and company policies • Assist with employer branding and recruitment initiatives where required • Prepare recruitment reports and manpower updates for management • Manage the Bursary System and coordinate bursary applications • Manage and administer government grants for all entities • Administer work passes for foreign employees, including applications, renewals, cancellations, and appeals • Any ad-hoc tasks assigned Job Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • Minimum 2 years of full cycle recruitment or HR-related experience • Good understanding of recruitment processes and employment practices • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple roles and timelines effectively • Detail-oriented with good organisational skills • Proficient in MS Office and HR/recruitment systems
